Our client is a successful high-growth business to business support services provider employing over 10,000 people in the UK. Thirty years of growth in highly competitive markets is sustained by above average levels of customer service and an innovative approach to organising and delivering a wide range of outsourced business processes through PFI partnerships, the design, construction, financing and management of new public service facilities. An Investor in People, the Group now wishes to strengthen its existing outstanding senior management team with the appointment of a profit responsible business manager with high growth potential.
The Task Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director for efficient wide ranging regional management to Group targets and goals Managing project development and high quality performance delivery to meet changing environmental business needs. Build strong relationships with customers and the authorities within the region and sector to further develop brand awareness and market share. Produce and implement local business plans to maximise business performance Manage physical and people assets to maintain outstanding product quality and customer satisfaction.	The Candidate The ideal candidate could come from variety of commercial backgrounds where quality management is paramount. Graduate calibre with experience of general management in a customer facing industry. A minimum of 5 years senior management experience with divisional / regional profit and loss responsibility. An enthusiastic, pragmatic and energetic hands-on individual with the ability to motivate and inspire a following in employees. A strong grasp of strategic business management issues with experience of business development, contract management, operations, negotiation and product quality responsibilities
