Our company is a research based expert house providing state of the art management consultancy to major multinational companies, organisations and public bodies around the world. XETA is a recognised world-class quantitative analyst providing leading-edge problem solving in wide ranging areas in business and management strategy with specialisms in corporate structure, marketing and market research, supply chain design and management, operational efficiency, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures and other complex strategic alliances. Our strength is in the quality of our team which we seek to enlarge with the appointment of two Consultants to meet the current demand for our services in the areas of market research and corporate structure.
The Task Reporting to the Managing Director for the efficient and quality execution of consultancy projects from the feasibility stage through to completion and results delivery to clients. Managing projects on a stand alone cost centre basis with first point of call responsibility for client communications and project operation. Maintain and further develop the company's contacts and presence on major projects within the Consultant's respective specialist area. Produce project costings and manage expenditure to maintain the company's reputation as the economic provider on world class projects. Develop personal skills in the respective area and engage in company-wide research projects to demonstrate the quality and rigour of XETA's work.	The Candidate The ideal candidates would have several years consultancy experience within a major management consultancy in a lead consultant position where quality research and analysis are critical. Graduate calibre ideally holding a first degree in mathematics or statistics with a Masters degree in a specialist business relevant discipline e.g. marketing, finance, international business or business economics. An enthusiastic, rigorous, pragmatic and energetic hands-on individual with the ability to inspire colleagues and gain the respect of clients. A strong grasp of international business strategic issues is essential with experience in rigorous structured research and public presentation.
